Hi Guys, Mamie here again today with a great project to share with you. With Halloween “creeping” up, I decided to make a card with the “Leaf Wreath” die by Gina Marie that I picked up from the Kat Scrappiness store. I also used their sequins mixes to embellish the wreath. Click on the video below to watch how you can turn this beautiful die into something spooktacular. Hey guys, today is my first project as a design team member for Kat Scrappiness. We have all been hard at work getting things streamlined for our team because we are the first generation of DT members for Kat. The project I created features Kat Scrappiness exclusive “Stitched Christmas Tree” die and several mixes of their sequins. I have listed all the supplies I used below the process video. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Did you guys see the full moon? It was incredible here in Texas. Speaking of full moons, I have a super fun Halloween card to share with you. I colored up this not so creepy bat girl in shades of purple and grey. Then I placed her on a shaker card with this cute sequins. I think it came out “creepy cute”! I have a video below of the process of the Copic coloring and card design, beneath that is the supply list. I hope you enjoyed this post, don’t forget to subscribe to my blog and Youtube channel.
Here is part 3 of 5 in my “Crazy Dogs” series. Watch the video to see how I colored this image on craft cardstock. This card was so fun and it looks like it was delivered by the dog….(due to the distress inking). Please subscribe to my youtube channel and blog and leave me a comment, I have giveaways quite often and they are usually for subscribers only.
Today I am featuring the “little bundle” stamp set by Lawn Fawn. I used distress inks to blend on the background and used Echo Park’s 6×6 paper pad “bundle of joy” to layer the card. This week I created several cards featuring the August Simon Says Stamp card kit. It was really fun using a set that is not my usual “cutsie”image. I created several cards below and also a video tutorial on one of the card designs. Thanks for joining me and don’t forget to subscribe to my you tube channel and blog. Keep Shining Bright!
This card was so fun to make. The extreme masking was really worth it in the end. Join me in watching how to accomplish more advanced masking using the MISTI. I also colored the image with my Copics.
