Hi guys, I’m back with another card project featuring Wplus9 “Garden Buddies”. It is such an adorable set, one of my favorites for sure. I did a ton of masking and repeat stamping using my mini misti, and colored the scene with my copic markers. Thank you for stopping by and please subscribe to my blog!

Hi guys, this is Mamie thanks for joining me today. I have wanted this “Prayers” Stamp Set and Die since it first came out. So I finally got it from Kat Scrappiness’ store and I had to use it right away. So I decided to do some multiple stamping in bright fall colors. I really like the way it came out and I can’t wait to use this set again as it is perfect for so many things that people need prayers for. So join me in the video below and please make sure to stop by Kats Store!
Hey guys, Mamie here today. This is one of my last Halloween project for the month, so I decided to make Newton into a witch. I used the hat from the “Booyah” stamp set and I masked it so I could put it on Newton. I layered the card with the lovely Scalloped Stitched Oval dies by Gina Marie and the Boo’s and Brews paper pad by Doodlebug. Click the video below to see how to mask any head wear to your image and follow along with the Copic coloring on Bristol paper. As always the supplies are listed/linked below. Please don’t forget to subscribe to Kat’s YouTube channel at Kat Srappiness and mine at Mamie Carson. Have a great Halloween!
Hey crafty friends, I have some awesome goodies to share with you today. I picked out some things from Kat Scrappiness’s store for this project. To create this card, I used the Newton’s Nook “Hanging Around” stamp set. This stamp set is so fun to play with because all the animals are hanging around! There are so many options you have to create a cute project. So for my card, I decided to use “Newton” and have him hanging on the clothes line from the Lawn Fawn stamp set titled “Little Bundle”.
So, as you can see above, I masked off Newton’s paws and facw so the clothes line would run under his paws. After I stamped the clothes line, I masked the entire image of Newton so I could do some ink blending on the background.
So, I decided to pick some mustard seed and orange marmalade to create a warm colored fall background. I blended the top and bottom of the bristol panel with the yellow and middle portion with the orange. After the ink blending, I spritzed some water on the panel to create this blotchy effect.
I then moved on to the Copic coloring. I then heat embossed in gold the words “Happy Fall” with a scripty font stamp set. I also used my stitched rectangle dies to create the layers for my card.
I used glitter paper for my matting of course. I try to use glitter paper as much as possible, lol. I cut out the sentiment from vellum and embellished the card with Kat’s “Autumn Harvest” sequins. I just love these cute hanging animals and I hope you did too. Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to check out the supplies I used listed below. Happy Fall Ya’ll!
This card was so fun to make. The extreme masking was really worth it in the end. Join me in watching how to accomplish more advanced masking using the MISTI. I also colored the image with my Copics. Here is our final part of the series. I have really enjoyed making this series, but I enjoyed all the comments and feedback even more. Thank you guys for watching the series and for all the great support. Also, let me know if you would like to see a series on another set. For this card I used my Gansai Tambi watercolors for some no-line coloring and I ink blended the background with my distress inks. Let me know if you have any questions and thank you all again.
