Spooky Tree Card Process and DT Haul

Hey guys, today is my first project as a design team member for Kat Scrappiness. We have all been hard at work getting things streamlined for our team because we are the first generation of DT members for Kat. The project I created features Kat Scrappiness exclusive “Stitched Christmas Tree” die and several mixes of their sequins. I have listed all the supplies I used below the process video. Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube Channel as well as Kat Scrappiness channel. Have a frightful day! -Mamie

Speed Copic Coloring and Card Process Feat. Some Odd Girl

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Did you guys see the full moon? It was incredible here in Texas. Speaking of full moons, I have a super fun Halloween card to share with you. I colored up this not so creepy bat girl in shades of purple and grey. Then I placed her on a shaker card with this cute sequins. I think it came out “creepy cute”! I have a video below of the process of the Copic coloring and card design, beneath that is the supply list.  I hope you enjoyed this post, don’t forget to subscribe to my blog and Youtube channel.

Video Card Tutorial (Series Part -3) Feat. “Crazy Dogs” by Tim Holtz.

Here is part 3 of 5 in my “Crazy Dogs” series. Watch the video to see how I colored this image on craft cardstock. This card was so fun and it looks like it was delivered by the dog….(due to the distress inking). Please subscribe to my youtube channel and blog and leave me a comment, I have giveaways quite often and they are usually for subscribers only.

Weekly Card Challenge Showcase-6 (Feat. Paper Smooches)

Today I am featuring this adorable stamp set by Paper Smooches titled “Space Cadet”. I created this universe background and I’m very pleased with the way it turned out. I used Distress Inks to ink blend, then added Perfect Pearls mixed with Gansai Tambi white watercolor to splash onto the blended piece. The cardstock I used is bristol smooth, it has proven to be the best cardstock for this type of technique. I used my Copic markers to color these images and googly eyes to finish it off. I am entering this card into a few challenges that are listed below. Click on the links to join in the challenge. I hope your day is “out of this world”!
